How do I order? 
Simply add the products you want to purchase to your cart. Once you are done, go to your cart and review all the products you intend to purchase. Then, press 'Check out'. After inputting your personal information, your order will be recorded, and you may proceed with payment.

What are your payment methods? 
We accept Bank Deposits/Transfers and e-wallet payments (GCash).

How do I pay? 
You may pay through BPI Bank Deposit or GCash. Details will be presented upon check out. 

In which areas do you deliver? 
We deliver anywhere within Metro Manila! For customers outside Metro Manila, please contact, so that we may be able to assist you.

When can I expect my order to arrive? 
Once payment is received, you can expect your order to arrive around 3-5 business days from the day of payment.

What are your shipping methods? 
We will take care of the shipping, so you don't have to worry about booking a courier! We will inform you when your package is due to arrive! 

How much you charge for deliveries? 
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

How can I cancel/refund orders?
